How long does it take for St Mary's to prepare medical records?

It is St. Mary's intention to comply with all applicable Federal and State laws for granting patient's access to their medical record. St. Mary's requires requests for medical records to be in writing. Please allow us 5-7 working days after we receive your request to prepare the records.
